Bill Bailey Fundraising Award
What is it?
On September 8 2017, we launched the Bill Bailey Fundraising Award Competition, inviting our supporters and members of the public to take on the challenge of raising as much money as you can for Good Vibrations, as imaginatively as possible. To incentivise your participation and success, we will award the winner “The 2017 Bill Bailey Fundraising Award” – endorsed by the great comedian, and musician himself, Mr. Bill Bailey, our patron. First, second and third place will also receive a personalised certificate and photo, a pair of Bill Bailey tour tickets, and publicity online and in our annual report.
Who can enter?
This one’s easy – anyone can join the Bill Bailey Fundraising Award Competition! Whether you are at school or uni, a supporter of Good Vibrations, a past participant of one of our programs, a fan of Bill Bailey, or simply someone who would like to support the common good. You can even choose to join as a group, perhaps with your choir, workplace, or as a group of friends. As long as you are up for a challenge, we want you to join.
Why should I join?
- Because you will support a great cause by raising funds for our national charity
- Because you can win the 2017 Bill Bailey Award for Fundraising, which is not only a personal achievement, but a great addition to any CV
- Because you will have to challenge your creativity and perseverance, and you will gain invaluable fundraising and entrepreneurial skills
- Because you can choose to work together with your best friends
- Because it is fun!
