Rachel Levay joined the Good Vibrations team as Grants and Trusts Fundraiser in 2019. She has a long history of running music projects with organisations such as WOMAD, Bath Festivals Trust, the UN Refugee Agency and Gloucestershire Music Service. Much of her experience has been in world music and in community and education projects.
Most recently Rachel managed and raised funds for Allsorts Gloucestershire, a charity for families who have children with disabilities and additional needs. She also set up and raised funds for Stroud Book Festival in 2017.
In 2002 Rachel studied for an MMus in Ethnomusicology at the School of Oriental and African Studies in London, where she first came across the gamelan.
