Emma Di Iorio

Emma is the Global Privacy Lead and Legal Counsel at Pontoon Solutions, an international workforce solutions company. Before this, she was the Legal Counsel at Treatwell, and Assistant Vice-President Legal Counsel at Barclays. Emma trained and qualified at Simmons & Simmons, and worked as a freelance lawyer on various in-house commercial projects following her training.

Previously Emma worked on EU criminal justice projects, including a two-year project on the transfer of prisoners across borders and another on the prevention of radicalisation of prisoners. She maintains a variety of pro bono legal work, including at a legal advice centre and a school.
