Jonathan Hollow

Jonathan is an independent strategy advisor. He helps organisations consider their medium and long-term plans and goals, and the extent to which they need to innovate in their service offers and operating models to achieve them. Jonathan previously worked as a Head of Strategy at the Money and Pensions Service, and before that as Innovation Director for Serco, and as a digital specialist for central government.
